“Laws” or “Regulations” refers to the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning the collection and management of personal data.

Second: Consent to Provide and Collect Data

By using Darbk Store's services, you agree to provide us with your data as described in this policy and/or any other data you provide to us at any time. You also agree to all specified practices and uses of the data we have collected or that you have provided to us in accordance with the provisions of this policy. This also constitutes your express consent to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Third: Authorization to Process Data

You expressly authorize Darbk Store to process data for the purposes outlined in this policy. You also authorize Darbk Store to deal with third parties on your behalf for any purposes specified in this policy or that will be clarified to you in any form. Furthermore, you authorize us to provide data to third parties within the scope of the purposes defined in this policy.

Fourth: Legal Age

You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are younger, you must not transact through Darbk Store or submit any data independently. Such actions must be carried out under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as applicable.

(1) Pre-booking Data:

Data provided by the user to register their account with Darbk Store, which includes filling out the application form (name, mobile number, email) and then selecting the desired service.
Our team will contact you using the data you provided. We may also use an automated response service for some messages that do not require direct team interaction.

(2) Purchase Data:

Customers provide us through Darbk Store with purchase data for desired items, such as product name, specifications, quantity, payment method, and shipping address. Through Darbk Store, we create a purchase record that includes customer data, transaction details, purchases, and costs, which may be used for tax purposes.

(3) Payment Data:

Customers make payments through Darbk Store using the electronic payment methods we provide or any other payment methods we may provide in the future.
Darbk Store contracts with an electronic payment service provider to process customer payment requests. Therefore, you understand and agree that payment management is handled by a third party to ensure maximum security for your transactions conducted through us.
The electronic payment service provider and banks where the customer holds accounts or payment cards have the right to investigate any transactions made by the customer through Darbk Store.

(4) Invoice Data:

Invoice data issued by Darbk Store's automated system includes the following information: (customer name, tires specified in the purchase order, tire price, value-added tax, delivery address).

(5) Return and Warranty Data:

Data provided by the customer when requesting cancellation or product return in accordance with the return policy or warranty policy available through the terms and conditions or through the store, which includes reasons for order cancellation, product return, or warranty claim, the date and details of the purchase order, and the email address provided by the customer when submitting the return reason or warranty claim, through which the store, after evaluating the request by the competent department, will send the inspection result to the customer.

(6) Review Data:

Data provided by the customer when adding reviews through Darbk Store or any other communication channel, which includes the review content.
The content of reviews and ratings added by customers for tires purchased through Darbk Store may be publicly visible to Darbk Store users and may be used for promotional purposes. Therefore, customers should not publish any personal data through reviews.

(7) Contact and/or Reporting Data:

Data you provide when we communicate with you via Darbk Store, for any reason.
Data you provide when reporting an issue encountered while using the store.
Data you provide to us when you report a problem with Darbk Store.
Data you provide to us when you contact us or our customer service for any reason.

(8) Shipping and Delivery Address

The customer provides us with an accurate shipping and delivery address and contact details during the delivery process to enable Darbk Store to deliver the tires within the scheduled time through our approved shipping companies.

Sixth: Acknowledgment of Data Accuracy

The user acknowledges the accuracy of all data provided to us through Darbk Store and personally affirms that any false, misleading, forged, untrue, non-conforming, or third-party data submitted to us through Darbk Store will be subject to all legal liabilities resulting from its submission to the website. Consequently, the user bears full legal responsibility in the event of any legal claims from any person or entity regarding the data provided by the user.

Seventh: Automatically Collected Data

Darbk Store automatically collects certain data about your use of the store. The collection of this data does not target the user's personal data but rather aims to collect data related to the use of Darbk Store. To enable you to register a pre-order request with Darbk Store, so you can benefit from the features offered by Darbk Store's pre-order service, and to process the data you provide through our services, such as verifying that your email or phone number is active, valid for use, and owned by you.
To enable you to purchase tires offered by Darbk Store management, pay for the tires, and optimally use our services, always striving to provide you with the best. This also includes enabling you to use our electronic payment methods and processing payments you have made to us using our available payment methods.
To obtain third-party approvals and requests to confirm invoice issuance through Darbk Store, and to allow Darbk Store's automated system to issue invoices related to tire purchases.
For the purposes of preserving rights, verifying, examining, evaluating, and responding to cancellation and return requests through the specified response channels via Darbk Store, and to receive and respond to warranty claims.
To receive and respond to your questions, complaints, and inquiries.
To receive and respond to your feedback and evaluations of the service you received through Darbk Store.
To process your responses to surveys offered through Darbk Store that you have participated in.
To provide you with information about tires and services you request through Darbk Store, or that we believe may be of interest to you, including our special offers.
To personalize the content, recommendations, and advertisements that we and third parties provide to you, whether on the Services or elsewhere on the internet, and to manage and process contests and promotions.
To contact you regarding official communications, and at our sole discretion, concerning changes to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or any of our other policies, and to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.
For internal business purposes such as improving our services, and for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Ninth: Data Protection Guarantees

Darbk Store undertakes to retain your personal or banking data for the period required by the nature of the transaction you conduct through Darbk Store. Darbk Store commits not to process your personal data for unauthorized or impermissible purposes, whether for a fee or free of charge, with any other party, unless required or authorized by relevant regulations and instructions, or with prior written consent from the user to whom the information pertains.
Darbk Store undertakes to maintain records containing user personal data or any electronic communication records that are in our custody, under our control, or with our agents or affiliates. Darbk Store commits to taking reasonable steps to ensure that user personal data and related records are protected with a level of security appropriate to their importance.

Tenth: Disclosure of Your Data

You authorize us to disclose your data to our employees for the purpose of processing all operations you conduct through Darbk Store, and for the purpose of verifying your use of the store.
You authorize us to disclose your data within the scope of our company's operations and our affiliated companies and entities for the purpose of providing you with services as required, and for the purpose of supplying you with tires.
You authorize us to disclose some of your data to our employees and contracted personnel for the purpose of completing the purchase process, issuing invoices, and delivering tires.
You authorize us to disclose some of your data to the payment service provider for the purpose of processing and verifying payment transactions with banks and relevant government entities.
You authorize us to disclose some of your data to the competent tax authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the purpose of paying tax dues.
Darbk Store may disclose your personal data to third parties: if we sell the assets of Darbk Store, or if partners join us, in which case we disclose your data to the new client or partner, and to entities that collaborate with Darbk Store in providing services for protection against credit risks, fraud, and electronic piracy, or if we are required to disclose or share your personal data to protect the rights, property, or safety of Darbk Store, our employees, or others.
Darbk Store may disclose your personal data to comply with legal or contractual obligations in the following circumstances: if we are required to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce our terms and conditions or any other agreement, or if a judicial ruling or decision from the competent judicial authorities obliges us to do so, or if a decision from public authorities obliges us to do so.
In all cases, you acknowledge and agree that the internet is not a secure medium, and the confidentiality of your data cannot be fully guaranteed. Darbk Store undertakes, within legally permissible limits, not to disclose your confidential data or use it in a manner that conflicts with your right to data privacy in accordance with applicable regulations. Should your data be disclosed beyond our control, we will notify you within 72 hours and also inform the relevant authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Should we amend this policy, we will publish a notice via Darbk Store and update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of this document.
Your continued use of Darbk Store after this policy has been amended signifies your agreement to the changes and updates we have made. If you do not agree to any of these policy amendments, you must immediately cease using Darbk Store.
